I would strongly recommend considering other options when it comes to spending your hard earned money. This store has limited inventory and does not offer refunds, even if the items do not meet your needs. Before purchasing, ensure they have the correct brand and inquire about warranties, as they are often unavailable. Notably, doorknobs and other hardware purchases are non-refundable. Additionally, customer service is lacking, as the cashier is unhelpful in resolving issues. It may be worthwhile to shop elsewhere for better service and return policies.

This place has horrible prices and services, I only went there because I was pressed for time and needed something quickly. They sold me a defective product when I returned to exchange the product the rude cashier told me she could not exchange it because it was damaged and she could not resell the item and also stated that I did not know what I was doing. Never going back there.

Great local alternative to the big box home improvement stores. Kevin is Extremely helpful and informative. It feels really good to enter a store weeks after my last visit, and have the staff inquiry about the outcome of my previous projects.
